Egg Chilli

 A delicious and easy to make chinese recipe for egg lovers.



Ingredients :

Egg : 2 (hard boiled)
Onion : 3 (medium)
Capsicum : 1 (medium)
Green chilli : 1 or 2 (slited)
Garlic : 2 cloves, finely chopped
Soya sauce : 1 tsp.
Tomato sauce : 1 tsp.
Chilli sauce : 1 tsp.
Salt to taste


Method :

  • Peel the hard boiled eggs and deep fry in oil till the cover is crisp & brown.
  • Heat oil in a wok, saute the chopped garlic pieces then add onion fry well.
  • Then add capsicum, slited green chilli, saute for 4-5 mins.
  • Now add all sauce and salt, let it boil for a while. Add the eggs and mix well till they are coated with the sauce completely, cook on medium heat for few minutes.
  • Tastes good with Chinese fried rice or even with roti/ paratha.
