Kala Chana / Black chickpeas - 1 Cup, boiled
Onion - 1/4 cup, chopped
Tomato - 1/4 cup, chopped
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
green chilli - 1-2
Chaat masala powder - 1 tbsp
Roasted Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Dry mango powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Black salt to taste
Bhujia for garnishing
Wash and soak the kale chane (black chickpeas) overnight and boil them with enough water which contains salt, till they are
cooked. You can pressure cook them as well, if you like. Drain the water and keep aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the chickpeas, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilli, chaat masala. Add some salt sufficient
for the veggies added, since the chickpeas have already been boiled with salt. Squeeze lemon juice. Garnish with some bhujia.
