Chicken Chilli Garlic Macaroni

Fresh vegetable, chicken and macaroni toss with garlic flavor homemade tomato chilly garlic sauce makes a healthy and delicious dish. This is a one of my comfort food among many. It is kind of one pot meal which contains of lots of vegetable, chicken and nutritious macaroni. 

Ingredients :

Macaroni - 2 cup
Chicken - 1/2 cup, small pieces 
Onion - 1
Carrot - 1, big, sliced
Beans - 5-6, sliced
Green chilli - 2, chopped
Penuts - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 10 pods
Dry red chilli - 4
Tomato - 1
Canola Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper as needed

Method :

In a heavy bottomed vessel, boil the water.

When water starts to boil then add 1 tsp salt and let it boil for about 2 mins.

Now add macaroni and cook uncovered until it is just tender, not too soft. Drain the water and set aside.

Add garlic pods, dry red chilli and tomato in a mixer grinder, blend a smooth paste. Keep aside.

In a large pan heat canola oil, add peanuts, fry golden brown in medium flame. Keep aside.

In the same oil add sliced onion fry for 2 minutes then sliced carrot and beans, fry for 5 mins.

Now add cooked vegetable and garlic-tomato-red chilli paste, combine well. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.

Nutritious & yummy Chicken Chilli Garlic macaroni is ready to serve.
