A delicious and easy to prepare Aloo Paneer Masala / Curry recipe, perfect side dish to have with chapati, parantha and even with rice dishes.

Potatoes : 2-3 large potatoes (cube)
Tomatoes : 1 (roughly chopped)
Onions: 2 (grated)
Garlic paste: 1 tsp.
Ginger paste: 1 tsp.
Green Peas : 1/2 cup

Turmeric powder : 1 tsp.
Coriander powder: 1 tsp.
Cumin Powder: 1 tsp.
Red Chilli powder: 1 tsp.
Garam masala: 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Sugar: 1 tsp.
Bay leave : 1 piece
Cumin seeds : 1 tsp.
White oil / mustard oil: 2 tbsp.
Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Method :
- Heat the butter in a pan and loghtly fry the paneer then put in boiled water. In same kadhai, add cumin seeds when
- seeds are cracked add saute grated onions, add the ginger & garlic paste, mix well. Add the chopped tomatoescombine
- with the masala.
- Add the cubed potatoes,saute it 10 mins.After that add turmeric powder ,red chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder, salt.Mix well.
- Now add fried paneer and mix well with masala paste and saute it 5 mins.Now add 1 cup hot water and let it cook covered with lid. Adjust water to get a gravy of desired consistency.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
