Homemade Breadcrumbs / How To Make Homemake Breadcrumbs

There is nothing like homemade bread crumbs to improve the taste of your dish. You can use breadcrumbs for cutlets, tikkis, any types of crunchy snacks. Breadcrumbs gives the perfect colour and crunchy taste of the dish. Fresh homemade bread crumbs taste far better than store-bought bread crumbs and they are so easy to make. Making your own breadcrumbs at home easily. 

Ingredients :

Bread - 4 pieces

Method :

Toast the bread in a tawa until both side crisp.



On the another way toast it in oven. Preheat 180 deg C for 10 mins. Arrange the bread slice in a baking tray and bake it in 5-7 mins until the bread slices turn golden brown.

Break the toasted bread slices roughly into pieces and put it in mixie. 




The coarse bread crumbs will be like fine rava. Store in airtight container for few weeks.
