Every parent will agree that packing a child's lunch box is no easy task. Variety, taste, appearance - these are just a few of the things that we have to consider before we decide what's to go into that box. Planning for the lunchbox is more difficult than cooking. Many times cooking a dish takes less time than planning for it, may be due to obsession in other works or unavailability of certain ingredients.
I have a very little knowledge in this matter, but my sister has this problem as her daughter is a picky eater and I also need to pack 2 lunchboxes for me and hubby daily. I even asked few of food bloggers about this. Since many of my food blogger buddies have school going kids, all of them might have posted ‘lunchbox recipes’ at some point. So, this month the spotlight is on "Lunchbox Ideas".

1. As the theme is Lunch Box Ideas, prepare any healthy dish which can go in a lunchbox, for kids or for adults. Veg & Non-Veg - both are allowed.

2. Post it in your blog from March 15 to April 15 and link it to my announcement and original spotlight announcement link. You can send multiple entries.
3. Archived entries are allowed if they are reposted with the link to the announcement page and Original Spotlight announcement link.
4. The use of logo is mandatory as it helps spread the word about the event.
5. Non-bloggers can also send their recipes to the email below.
