Soya Manchurian



Ingredients :

Soya Bean - around 2 cups
Egg - 1 no
Onions - 2 nos medium ( chopped in cubes)
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
Capsicum - 1 medium (chopped in cubes)
Green Chillii - 2 nos (chopped), 1 piece (paste)
Garlic : 1 tsp. (chopped)
Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 2 1/2 tbsp
Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp dissolved in approx 1 cup water
Salt if needed to taste
sugar : 1 tsp.
Spring Onion and green chilli for garnishing


Method :

Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 30 mins and drain well.. then clean soak for 2 -3 times in repititions and
press the soya chunks to remove the stinky smell and as well as its odd taste.
Mix well the corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, egg, chilli paste,sugar, salt and oya sauce. Add the soyabean to this

mixture and marinate for 30 mins.
Then heat oil in a pan, add marinated soyabeans and fry it well.In te same oil add chopped garlic when get aroma

then add  onions and saute till slightly golden then add capsicum, green chilli and saute it for 10 mins.
Now add tomato,soya and chilli sauce, salt, sugar and fried soyabeans.Mix it well.
Then add in the corn flour mix and saute all the ingredients properly. If more of gravy is needed add in water and

close the lid and cook for 10 mins in low flame. By the time its done you will get a good thick gravy.
Serve it hot with garnishing spring onion and green chilli.
